The referral program thanks existing Grow By 1 members for recommending our programs, with a cash reward or a discount on their CGL renewal. The affiliate program is a selective partnership for outside professionals who actively introduce qualified leaders to the Certified Growth Leader program and earn commissions on enrollments and eligible renewals.

Can I join both programs?
Members can use the referral program anytime. If you also want to promote CGL actively to a wider network, you can apply to the affiliate program. Each introduction earns under one program only, never both.
Do I need to be a Grow By 1 member to join?
Only the referral program requires membership. The affiliate program is open to outside professionals who meet our partner criteria and pass a short review.
How are rewards paid?
Rewards and commissions are paid after the purchase refund window closes. Payment method and timing are confirmed when you join.
